We are strictly an eCommerce company and handle all sales via ultra18body.com. We do not have a system in place to take phone orders.

It’s possible our email ended up in your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team and provide your order number. We would be more than happy to get this resolved for you.

Due to COVID precautions, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays of up to 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or company observed holidays.All carrier networks are experiencing delays with significant shipping volumes across the country.Your package may not show progress, scans, and updates for several days.For further shipping information, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

Generally, all orders are processed within 1-5 business days. An email will be sent to you with an order confirmation immediately after your order is placed.  A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been processed for shipment. Packages are generally delivered within 10 days after processing. Business days do not include weekends or company observed holidays. This timeline is subject to change pending external factors which may cause delays.
